Complimentary Charging for EV Drivers: Property owners may choose to offer complimentary EV charging as an amenity to customers, guests, residents, or employees to support tenant or guest satisfaction. Under this model, AstroLabs manages the charging infrastructure and ongoing site operations while the property covers charging costs.
Charging Station Options
