Charging Station Equipment
AstroLabs provides the charging station equipment needed for the project, helping ensure the selected hardware is compatible with the site and intended use.
Wall or Ground Mount
We can provide single or dual pedestals with cable retractors for ground-mounted installations.
Network Configuration
We configure the charging stations on the appropriate network and establish the connectivity needed for remote management, monitoring, and driver access.
Remote Site Monitoring
AstroLabs monitors charging stations remotely to help identify operational issues, track station status, and support reliable charger availability.
Driver Support
EV drivers have access to support when they encounter questions or issues while using the charging station, reducing the need for property owners or installation partners to manage driver inquiries.
Parking Stall Signage
AstroLabs provides EV charging and parking stall signage to help identify charging spaces and communicate applicable charging and parking requirements to drivers.
Driver Payment Processing
AstroLabs manages the payment functionality associated with charging sessions, providing drivers with a convenient way to pay while removing payment administration from the installation partner. Based on the options selected by the property, AstroLabs collects funds from each driver and disburses them to the property each month
Business Featured on In-Vehicle Navigation Maps
Charging locations can be made available through supported in-vehicle navigation and mapping services, helping EV drivers discover the charging station and increasing visibility for the commercial property.
Partner Responsibilities
Our installation partners manage the electrical and site-level requirements needed to bring each EV charging project online. By handling installation, permitting, and commissioning, partners provide the expertise needed to complete the physical deployment.
